We've spent over ten years in IT support at law schools, university help desks, hospitals and banks. Now we bring that experience to homes and small businesses uptown and across New York City.

The best part of the job has always been the people: someone frustrated with a computer or phone that won't cooperate, and leaving them with it working and feeling more confident than when we arrived.

We live uptown. We know what prewar walls do to Wi-Fi, how many people are doing tech support for their parents over the phone, and how little time anyone has to sit on hold with a help line. So we come to you, or help remotely when that's faster. We also build websites and handle IT for small businesses and side hustles.
