Questions people ask
Can you fix hardware, like a cracked screen?
We handle software, setup, and simple upgrades like memory or storage. For cracked screens or liquid damage we'll tell you which repair shop to trust and what it should roughly involve.
Will I lose my files?
We back up anything important before changing settings or reinstalling. If something looks risky, we stop and ask first.
Do you work on work laptops?
If your employer manages the laptop, their IT team has to handle most changes. We can still help with your home Wi-Fi, monitors and printer around it.
