Patient tech help at the kitchen table.

What we help with

Tech help for seniors and their families

Not on the list? Ask anyway. If it plugs in or signs in, there's a good chance we've dealt with it.

The reset

  • Bigger text, louder ringer, simpler home screen
  • Unknown callers silenced, spam texts filtered
  • Emergency contacts and Medical ID filled in
  • Passwords put somewhere safe they'll actually use

Staying in touch

  • FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom with family, practiced
  • Shared photo albums so the grandkid pictures show up
  • Patient portals and pharmacy apps working
  • TV, streaming and the printer, sorted

Questions people ask

My parent can get free classes at the library. How is this different?

Free classes are great for learning in general, and we'll happily point you to one nearby. This is one-on-one, on their own devices, in their own home, fixing what's actually broken.

What if they forget everything next week?

That's what the large-print notes are for. And if something still doesn't stick, a quick follow-up by phone or another visit is easy to arrange.
