Apple stores set up phones for free. Why come to you?
They do, for phones bought from Apple and in a busy store. We come to your place, take the time, and also handle the other things around it: the iPad, the computer, the Wi-Fi, the account recovery.
Can you get me back into a locked account?
Usually, yes, using the official recovery process with you present. Some recoveries take a few days on Apple's or Google's side, and we'll walk you through what to expect.
